Podiatry  – e.g. arch/heel/corn/bunion pain and other medical conditions that affect the feet.  Patients can self-refer to Bangor Hospital Podiatry Team by completing the attached form and posting to Bangor Hospital as per address on form. GP appointment is no longer required.
