Patient Access Improvements

We are continuously trying to improve patient access and in the past week, we have introduced the option of a call back to our patients.

This means that when you are in the queue you will be able to request a call back from the practice and keep your spot in the queue. 

We have also increased reception staff with the aim to reduce call queue wait time. 

We have opened online bookable GP telephone, Nurse and Physio appointments, up to one week in advance.

  • These are subject to availability and you must be registered for online patient access with the Practice (speak to a receptionist for information on this if needed, if you require repeat medication you can also use this service)

We have daily routine GP telephone call backs and 3 times per week face to face GP appointments to offer.

We have recently opened a Practice Facebook page to keep our patients up to date with Practice information.
